Client Restoration Project

In 2023, Northern Lights Restoration was selected by The Inn Above Tide in Sausalito, California to bring new life to their worn and aged guestroom furniture. The furniture was of high quality construction and materials, but worn and aged by years of use. In all 32 guestrooms, we refinished the desks, desk chairs, armiores, nightstands, bathroom vanities, end table and coffee tables. We also refinished all of the patio teak furniture that overlooks the beautiful San Francisco Bay. This all was completed in 1 1/2 weeks at a cost less that the cost of 1 nights stay.

The Inn Above Tide was originally built by William McDevitt in 1961 as an apartment building. The McDevitt family then transformed the apartment building into a luxury boutique hotel in 1995. All of the guestrooms and suites have amazing views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and the city of San Francisco in the background.
