Northern Lights Restoration has proudly worked on all The Dewberry’s 155 guest rooms, main lobby, restaurant, event space, and the rooftop Citrus Club. Through our annual maintenance program, we ensure the hotel’s high standards are consistently met, providing everything from minor touch-ups to complete restoration.
The Dewberry in Charleston, South Carolina, is a luxury hotel known for its timeless sophistication and Southern charm. Housed in a beautifully restored mid-century modern federal building, the hotel blends classic design with contemporary comfort, featuring custom-crafted Stickley furniture. Its prime location in the heart of historic Charleston offers guests an ideal base for exploring the city.
Before & After
All of our furnishings at The Dewberry are custom made and of very high quality. Bob did a fantastic job bringing all our wood back to looking like it was new, ensuring our original specifications were maintained.
They were also very thorough and organized in carrying out their work. The equipment he used was clean and quiet, with no mess or disruption to our luxury guests.
We are a hotel that has a very high average occupancy year-round, and Bob was very flexible with adjusting his work to suit our business levels. They were diligent and finished on time as planned.
