"Northern Lights was refreshing and so easy to work with. Bob responded to my requests for a quote immediately, and stayed in contact while we worked through the details of procurement and contracts. He was upfront about the schedule needed to finish the wardrobes, and was able to work within our very tight timeline for the project. They stayed on schedule throughout, even finishing several days ahead of the expected date of completion. We thought the 45-year-old built-in closets were doomed to look terrible until we were able to budget in razing them; but Bob gave the wardrobes, and the residence hall, new life. They delivered on all their promises, from the amount of time it would take, to the process of refinishing, to the professionalism of the crew in the residence hall and the quoted price. We were highly impressed with the quality of work, and would hire Northern Lights again in a minute."
