What We Can Do For Your Facilities
With our unique on-site refinishing service, we have the capability of refinish 12 to 24 sets of residence hall furniture per day. A 200 student facility can be completed within 2 to 3 weeks. All work is done in each individual room, eliciting the cost of removal and reinstallation.
Our On-Site Services Include:
Refinishing of residence hall furniture, student room doors, built-in wardrobes and cabinets, floors, architectural woodwork, dining halls and library furniture.
We also provide on-site upholstery cleaning with fabric protection.

For the third year in a row, Northern Lights Restoration Inc. has been awarded and certified as a Small, Woman-Owned And Minority – Owned (SWAM) business by the State of Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise. The Virginia Association of State College & University Procurement Professionals (VASCUPP) has awarded Northern Lights Restoration Inc. the VASCUPP Contract for On-Campus Furniture Refinishing. This Contract is available to use by all VASCUPP Colleges & Universities and eliminates the need and costs involved with the State Bid Processing.
