Northern Lights Restoration’s Preferred Partnership with Members of Historic Hotels of America enabled us to build a relationship with Concord Colonial Inn. After several tours and meetings, they contracted us to fully restore all of their 56 guestrooms of furniture, all of their lobby and public area furniture. They also contracted us to refinish the antique floors in the main entry, lobby and living room.
The Concord Colonial Inn is one of America’s oldest Inn’s. Built in sections that started in 1716, it is known for the part it played in the American Revolutionary War, housing arms and serving as a field hospital. The Historic Inn’s original stable is now a pub and restaurant and there is said to be ghosts of fallen soldiers within the Inn.
